Bidrage med feedbackThe place is really cool, with lots of plants and open concept, and a huge patio. The service was warm and very helpful. They have an extensive menu for both savory and sweet. The food was a bit mixed for us, we ordered the: Banana Churro Waffle: itwas stellar, my husband ate the whole giant platter and could have gone back for more. Pork belly biscuit which had a goodbiscuit, decent grits, chewy pork belly (the smaller pieces were significantly better), over all the dish was really underseasoned, but the mustard vinaigrette was amazing. Honestly a little more salt and spices and the dish would have been great, but it was kinda meh. Vietnamese Coffee, delicious! side of hash browns (ordered extra crispy) wasn't seasoned at all andnot crispy While the savory fell flat, we also didn't order their most popular options, so we will be back tore evaluate. Really cool place with a wonderful mission and commitment to the betterment of the world. Love everything they'vedone to help others, especially during the pandemic, despite only having opened in 2019. For example, when we were there in Octthey had a promotion of 3 items you could order off the menu that would donate to 100% of proceeds to the American CancerSociety. This alone earns them an extra star. Word to the wise There are 2 single stall genderless bathrooms, and there wasquite a line for them when we went.
Went here for the first time with my Mother this morning. I had the Devil egg sandwich. Overall it was a good sandwiche the pickled veggies did kind of take over the meal at times. But I still enjoyed. My Mother enjoyed her avocado toast, only thing isshe said is she wished the toast was warm. Hot chocolate and coffee were on point. I'd definitely go back. Make a Reservationthough, unless you don't mind sitting at bar.
Parking is tough. I was expecting it to be difficult but not this bad. They ended up taking our name off the reservation list after holding it for 10 minutes which is understandable. Luckily, they still had the table available and we were seated as soonas we arrived. We sat outside on one of the patio areas. It was pretty hot but we were able to maneuver out of the sun. Food wasextremely decadent, maybe too rich for me, but flavors were good. We each got a coffee drink, an entrée, and a dessert andshared everything. We honestly should have just shared a dessert because we ended up with a ton of leftovers. Server wasextremely attentive and answered all questions thoroughly. Fun place to go with friends!
Delicious breakfast! Mission and vision of this place is very awesome! Wasn't a fan of the **** Mary mix used (too much pepper flavor) but the rest was awesome and the servers and kitchen staff were working hard to get things out fast from the kitchen! They succeeded! They were out of sausage on a Saturday morning, but with supply chain issues at an all time high, we understoodand chose something else and enjoyed it. Great patio seating areas, but not enough shade umbrellas on the smaller tables in thesunny area. We were there early in the morning so it wasn't too hot yet. We went on the last day of summer restaurant week, soit was busy and bustling. We definitely want to go back to try other things on the menu. Cool location and a community-mindedbusiness who is making a difference! So awesome!
Went about 1 on a Sunday and there was a bit of a wait. Completely worth it. Coffee, Mimosa was delicious. Had the Hope Breakfast (classic breakfast option), and it was extremely well done. Fried chicken and waffles were transcendant. Expect tolook for parking a bit, but we loved our experience here.
