Rotisserie St-Hubert - SAINT-NICOLAS

No trip through Quebec is complete without a stop at St. Hubert! This restaurant is conveniently located just off the highway, with ample parking and lots of seating. The service was fast and friendly (thank you Matilda) and our food (chicken and ribs) was fantastic!

We loved St Hubert when it was in Ontario so had to go, it was not the St Hubert we remember, food was dry and not to enjoyable and staff not friendly

Did takeout due to covid, very friendly staff, food yummy, the staff very good with both languages an easy walk from our hotel

Great service, food came in less than 5 minutes. Food is fantastic. Free refills, kids menu free desserts, great staff. Beautiful interior. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy the food and service come right away. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.

On February 7th, 2020, my party and I stopped at this St Hubert restaurant during a storm to grab a meal. I was impressed by the quick and efficient service at this location. The food was freshly made and our waitress provided excellent service throughout our meal. We were able to customize our orders to our liking.
