La Source - Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle

A little hotel, basic room, tasty dinner, average breakfast, very friendly staff. Good value for your money. I had B&B and dinner.

We ate here twice in summer and sat outside on the lovely terrace, where water jugs fill up from the spring that gives the Restaurant its name. The menu is outstanding value at 24.50 and the food is quite sophisticated but still traditional a great combination and not so easy to find in the Alps where the traditional food can be pretty stodgy (although you won't walk away from la Source feeling hungry! . Charming service, run by people who care.

Super stay at the source chalet. family weekend with 4 generations. with a perfect welcome. clean and well-appointed rooms. the meal of the half board very good and well served. Thank you for welcoming us too
