A very nice discovery. First meal in this place for my birthday, pleasant surprise. The dishes are delicious, hearty, simple and gentle. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity. A perfect table for a quiet lunch on a shaded terrace under the trees when the heatwave makes the air unbreathable in Grenoble. Delicious dishes served with a smile and kindness (a small downside for the Vacherin meringue on an ice cream full of finesse... . .In addition, the view of a soothing landscape and a beautiful swimming pool makes you want to stay in this hotel. An excellent restaurant attached to hotel Les Mésanges and the first restaurant in France where we have actually had a 'cuisine gourmand '. The menu is well thought out and the food is of exceptional quality. The emphasis is on quality and not quantity-so don 't expect pages of menu choices- everything that comes out of the kitchen is first class and definitely fine dining. Well worth a detour, if you don 't happen to be staying at the hotel.

It started with the waitress refusing to sit us outside despite my special request during the call for reservations. Then we had to deal with undercooked pork and FLIES in one of our desserts. Naturally, we were charged the full price for everything. Completely unacceptable, especially given the seemingly great ratings of the place. Stay away!
