Le Sushi Des Halles

Several times as we consume these sushi, I must admit that if the idea of food trucks was good, we must share our disappointment in several ways. First, we must note that the absence of sales points in the city centre is regrettable, in addition to the lack of a home delivery service is rather inconvenient. With regard to the products offered for sale, being regular sushi consumers, we must unfortunately stress the lack of originality in the composition of the products. Finally, the dessert suhsis are really not terrible! damage, yet the foods used seem to be qualitative.

Super idea this little truck full of sushi and others: sesame cabbage (I think) miso soup, mix apéro wasabi, sushi dessert!!! we will make a regular detour !!

The products are very fresh and the fish of good quality. The makis salmon lawyer are very good. Good value for money. On average 12 euros per person. Very nice service. Only inconvenience, you can't enjoy them on the spot.

In Troyes for the sale, I tested these sushi sold in a food-truck. Very nice service, nice presentation and in addition it was very good. There are even menus for children. A recommendation
