My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant for her birthday dinner tonight. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The meticulously prepared meals were incredible. I want to express my gratitude to all the staff, especially Tijana, who helped with my special marriage proposal. It was the perfect choice for such a special occasion. Everything was perfect. Came here for birthday dinner and was not disappointed. When it was a special event, we went for the nine course tasting menu. Each course had another wine pairing, some expected, others less like a sherry with a tuna dish. Between then the sommelier talked about every wine that was a nice touch. Service was excellent and timely throughout. The restaurant terrace had a beautiful view over the bay, inside there is air conditioning and a tasteful interior. You can also see the cooks at work in the kitchen. While some Baulk at the cost of the menu we have chosen, there are many other options as well as two more tasting menus, a large cocktail menu and interesting wine list, highly recommended for a special evening, a real treat! Make sure to book a table in advance, especially if you want a table on the terrace.

I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant, with delicious food and a good selection of wines at reasonable prices. The sommelier took good care of us. The boar tenderloin main course was cooked perfectly, and the panna cotta for dessert was delicious. The wine list featured options like Pewsey Vale Riesling from Australia and M. Chapoutier's Douro collaboration from Portugal.

Delicious food and nice tasting menu... But the waiting time is killing (1hr to wait between the courses . Waiters are passing by the tables but not paying attention to the guests (no refil of glasses, no remove of empty plates, no new cutlery on time, and always have to catch them . At the end they charged us extra 100€(counted wine pairing twice! and no any appropriate apologies to show that they value their guests. So check your bills before you pay. Not sure that nice view and good food is enough to save the whole experience. The evening aftertaste is sour ...

Really nice place with very nice atmosphere! Nice experience, very tasty food and unusual experience with the molecular kitchen. Would come back if once again in Malta
