I had a very unpleasant experience today. A sales person closed the blinds at the exit at the level that only somebody under 1.50 height could exit without bending. I was with a tray, talking to a colleague, so of course I didn't see it and hitter my head full speed. I was immediately told that I'm not the first. I very politely asked a sales person to change it, because it's dangerous. There were not even an excuse from her side. Nothing. Like I was talking to a wall. It was so easy just to excuse and the problem would be resolved. Upparently she was getting ready to close the shop because it was 15.45. But she didn't try to explain it. It's just my assumption, I just tried to find some logic in this. I'm sitting with a huge headache now, thinking if I should make a real complaint for not respecting even basic security rules and not training the stuff to respect it? But for sure you lost me as a client.
Too expensive and in 2023 it's worse... the increases I find very abused.. I'm going more.
