BBQ Pit does not work and has no year! Menu says black Jack oak, not to see fire or smoke. From the red BBQ sauce, tables and floor sticky and no service. 7:00 on Tuesday.

Always loved her chicken. Regrettably, their pricing has up to a point where a sandwich and iced tea lunch can be back a $20!

I went home with food. My fish sandwich stayed with me for hours. My husband's sandwich looked awful and he was sick shortly after.

That was the worst food we've ever got from a Bonos. Service was simply not personable and simply ok, but certainly a role of the dice if you expected to make tip. I ordered a Slavpt Pig and the bungalow was burned, the meat was dry and had bones in it, I almost cracked a tooth. In addition, the restaurant from table service has become the fast service model where you order and pay and tap before you find a seat, then hope that the service you typed will actually be provided. I'm sorry, but that's not how tipping works, especially if you have a bad experience, we should turn around and leave when we saw that the facility was different than what we expect from Bonos. If these were Memphis Jax or Willie Jewels, where this type of service is part of the program and if you eat there your expect the general disney fast service style. We know better than complaining to the boy who works on the counter or the child who runs the food because they don't care, we just don't come back.

Went there for lunch today with my father. We have been there for quite awhile because the quality of food had gone down the last time we went. Decided to give them another try. I had the Boss Haws sandwich. It was Ok. Nothing special. My father had the brisket. Received a very small portion of the grossest meat I have ever seen. It looked like rubber and tasted worse. Father had about 3 bites of it and was done. This meal cost us $45.00. There are much better BBQ places out there for that kind of money. Would have gotten better food at McDonald?s. Will never go to any of these restaurants again.
