Okay, but its still almost $2 more. She said she will let them know and expected me to leave.So when I insisted she check right then and there, they told her to give me a dollar and they will look into it... Franchises donot need to be that greedy where they advertise a nationwide price but charge full price... on top on of that, the cup wasn'tfull snf it tastes nasty..
This location definitely needs work. They have a fly and wasp issue. Please get issue resolved before you are shut down for unsanitary conditions. The staff were polite.
This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. When I place an order through the app and they run out of an item, they just replace it with something else without informing me during pickup. When I go back to address the issue, they give me an attitude. Their customer service is terrible—there's never a smile or a friendly greeting, not even a simple "good morning." Additionally, they are inconsistent with their service and products. It's frustrating that I have to drive 10 minutes out of my way to visit another Dunkin', but I won't be returning to this one again.
Dunkin' offers the kind of coffee I love, in a way that resonates with me. It's not overly elaborate—just the right size, not too big, but definitely grande. I'm always impressed by their consistent quality and service.
