I love mochi so therefore I love mochi donuts. Cannot say anything about the service as the donuts were shared by friends but they were tasty and the special Lunar New Year flavours were all amazing.

First, it’s not a storefront and being run out of a warehouse area? You have to call when you get there to order and wait at the door. Mochi donuts don’t have a chewy mochi middle like all other donuts. These are the worst mochi donuts I’ve had. Donuts, parking, and facility made it such a waste of time and .

I didn't appreciate that the Vancouver location operates within a commissary kitchen (note, it doesn't have a traditional storefront setup). The front door is locked even during open hours as there are several businesses that operate within the facility. There is signage on the door to give them a call for assistance I didn't know this and complained. Nancy was very professional and patient when I emailed asking why their website says they're open and door was locked. She explained all this above and acknowledged my feedback and stated they'll update their website and provide instructions on how to access Vancouver store so other customers don't go through what I did.
