Smash Burger - Saint Charles

Wow! Just ordered this off Dash!! So freaking good! Order from here if you are wondering about it. The food is tasty, fresh , and double the size. Can't comment on the service from here because we had it delivered. Overall, get the food. Is freaking amazing!!

Less than 1/4 of the menu is available in the store compared to what it shows online. Almost $12 for a fast food hamburger is down right highway robbery! 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 fountain drink for $32 is absolutely absurd!

I've driven by this restaurant a million times. It's never busy. Tonight I gave it a try. I ordered a single cheeseburger and a vanilla shake. The burger was small in my opinion, though I do prefer a larger bun to burger ratio when I eat a cheeseburger. Good flavor. No crispy edges that I love. It actually tasted like the burgers I make at home with steak seasoning. No condiments, neither did I request any. I guess you only get what you ask for. I was tempted to try the shoestring fries, but went with a milkshake instead. The shake tasted like a run-of-the-mill vanilla shake. I was the only customer besides the two boys in front of me who obviously knew the cashier. I might return for lunch sometime. The two items were $12.40 and Im still hungry. No wonder business is slow. Ps there is a Tesla docking station in the parking lot.

The worker said he wouldn't make my shake because it would take too long. Also, the menu inside the restaurant was different than the one online.

Our company voted to have Smashburger catered for our monthly employee lunch. Not only did they arrive 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to, making our food cold, but they also forgot a big part of our order. They called and said they would deliver it in 10 minutes and they showed up an hour later after lunch was over. This is horrible service and I won't be ordering from here again. I definitely don't recommend using Smashburger to cater for your event.
