The first time that it never goes back absolutely terrible service that I ordered and steak and cheese without scabble, mayo and wobbles because of the fact that I very allergic to swirl, which against person did not ring it without tweeping, so I marked the sub only to ensure that they did not only pick up and be sure enough that they had the same sub and it still had. I asked for my money back and got it. the person I was with didn't even get his food right away, and he had to go to the counter because she lost his command. absolutely terrible service

That was my first time I ordered from this place and everything was excellent. we have here a firehouse subs in O’Fallon, but the quality of food and service has greatly decreased last year, and it shows. we will definitely be back to this location!

The respectful service. nasty talk. the business is going to the hill, if it is not, I guarantee it. I don't want to apologize for you. I wanted my money back tonight. will never go back. almost as bad as jack n the box. the problem starts at the top of the chain. Service was fast, friendly, and my Roast Beef w/ Cheddar Sub was delicious! Restaurant was very clean.
