Miranda Pizza - Saginaw

My new favorite restaurant in Saginaw. Best Lasagna Ever plus delicious Tiramisu and Cannoli.

We got a supreme and a pepperoni lovers pizza delivered tonight . They both were extremely oily ! The pepperoni pizza was actually so soaked and soggy with oil it running was running out of the box !! I called this store and spoke with the manager Elizabeth . She informed me that the pepperoni is the cause of the oil and they are “just like that “. I told her I have never had a problem any other time I have ordered from here . See then proceeded to tell me they have a new type of pepperoni , “more oily than the original”. She was not concerned at all !!! I asked her for a refund since I could not eat the pizza . She rudely asked for the cc so she could refund it . We had a bad connection and I thought she had hung up. I called back … she answered still rude) and I told her I thought we got disconnected . She said “I TOLD YOU TO HANG ON SO I COULD PROCESS YOUR REFUND … WHEN I CAME BACK YOU HUNG UP!” I told her thank you for processing my $12 refund and hung up .

Usually this pizza hut is great. Never have had an issue with them for the past 3 years we've been ordering but today was bad. We ordered 2 garlic sauces and were given some sort of other garlic sauce I'm guessing the garlic drizzle that goes on the crust and then there was barely any sauce on the pizza. I get it everyone everywhere is out of things but no call asking if we wanted something else instead of garlic and to receive dry pizza on top of that? I'm mad. This is unacceptable.

Wow so many complaints for such a friendly local pizza business.. don't let those one-off situations deter you from going here. Just read those reviews and imagine the person saying that.. lol. Order the white pizza, FR. Ricotta one or the Alfredo one. Stellar Pie, way better than the chains around the area.

Thought I'd try it out. Won't try it again. I can make better at home. Person at the counter didn't really care about my question about the pizza.
