Water Oaks Grill - Safety Harbor

I highly recommend this place to everyone we know! What I love about this place is we have gone here for multiple occasions including date nights, girls lunch/night or lunch with our kids. This is the only place in Tampa bay that I feel like accommodates all of these situations. We have been going here for probably a year and a half once a week and never once have we had anything but stellar service. They do bottomless mimosas/bloodies on Saturday and Sunday. Let me tell you they will make it worth it. I’ve never had to ask for a refill. This is also one of the only restaurants in Tampa bay that has hogfish consistently on the menu. Oysters, lettuce wraps and village salad also favorites!

This place is a must try! The crab and shrimp dip was delicious! The service was great. I will be back!

We had the lobster bisque and the steak buns for dinner and the chocolate cake for dessert. The food was excellent and the bartender Savannah was quick and super sweet. I would definitely recommend

The bottom line is the food is excellent and this place has a wonderful location in the heart of Safety Harbor. My favorite thing was the peanut butter pie which I found truly exceptional. My dinner guests enjoyed their meals as did I; we didn’t order anything extravagant off the menu just sandwiches which were amazing. I will definitely consider coming back here and trying more on the menu for sure.As always, why did I give four stars instead of five if the service and food were so good? Well, it’s an issue related to parking which for those of us who don’t live in Safety Harbor find irksome. Finding a nearby parking spot is incredibly difficult to do; you may end up parking at least a block away and needing to walk. For many people this is not an issue, but if you were handicapped or chose to wear heels that day, this is not so great. We sat outside for our meal which was thankfully pleasant save the occasional obnoxiously loud car passing by. This was not by choice as being outside in Florida in the summer is a calculated risk due to heat, flies, and mosquitoes. We found the inside a bit too loud and lively from the happy hour crowd and my party and I wanted to talk to each other rather than scream.Parking: Good luck finding one!

The best sea food place in Tampa, their Shellfish fries and Cobia fish are really delicious!
