Bidrage med feedbackThis is my favorite brewery in Sacramento. The atmosphere of the brewery is really cool and it's located in a fun area. I always love sitting outside and enjoying a delicious beer after a long day.
If you enjoy beer, this restaurant is a great place to purchase some. It may not be the best spot for heavy drinking, but it's a nice place for a casual sit-down. They offer basic picnic options as well.
I just left a restaurant with a wide variety of beers, a friendly staff, a laid-back and kid-friendly atmosphere, fun arcade games, weekly trivia nights, and different food trucks each week.
So the beers I've had is the grapefruit tempest, in the weeds and island???... Don't hate me but all held their own in a special way. The island gave a coconut flavor and washed my troubles down pretty well. The grapefruit tempest lives up to its name and hits you slowly. And the in the weeds definitely gives that piney 420 feel. I love them all. The service was kickass and friendly. I sat outdoors under the canopy enjoying the 90° weather in peace and had a blast.
I will say that Sacramento is quite lucky to have its share of decent breweries. And I had the honor of recently visiting Track 7 Brewing which happens to be their original location where it all began back in 2019. Located in the Curtis Park neighborhood of Sacramento, this place is just a few blocks from Sacramento City College and right off of Sutterville Rd. and Highway 99. As far as the parking goes, there are only a few dedicated spots adjacent to this business. However, being that the area itself is surrounded close to the residential homes, its not too difficult even on the busiest days. I came here during the evening of Saturday 7/20/2024 at around 9:00pm. Since I didn 't want to stress about the crowds in Midtown, this seemed as a great alternative for something a bit more on the relaxed side. Much to my surprise, I was the only customer there at that time. Which is great since it truly allowed me to speak with the staff members and get a true feel of the business itself. The inside itself has a very industrial-styled feel and look to it, much like a warehouse. However, they do offer ample seating throughout and quite a respectable amount of room for large gatherings. They also offer generous outdoor seating which is perfect for the more tolerable Sacramento days and evenings (weather permitting). Their beer selection is vast and plentiful as their video board (above the tap stations) offer a revolving menu of lagers, IPAs, stouts, and ciders. Some of their most popular offerings are their Bee Line Blonde , as well as their Left Eye, Right Eye Double IPA . Since I was driving and did not wish to go too high on the alcohol content, I ended up ordering their lager (priced at around $7) which was a 4.3% ABV. It was crisp, chilled to perfection, and quite tasty. A few other things worth noting is that they are open for business 3-9pm Monday-Thursday, 12-10pm Friday-Saturday, and 12-8 Sunday. And on the busier weekend days, there are also various mobile food trucks which make a great pairing with any beer of your choice. Finally, they do sell a nice amount of merchandise including t-shirts, hats, and 6-packs of their beers to take home. Overall, Track 7 Brewing in Curtis Park is a great above average local brewery. My rating, four stars.
