The Sandwich Spot - Sacramento

Great customer service very friendly. Only give 3 stars because sand, the very little toppings / meat for what I paid. More bread than anything else. I'm sure if I went back and asked her to add more that they would, but I ran late and had no time to add.

The staff here was very kind, helpful, and fast. The restaurant had very good covid protections in place. It was very clean and socially distanced inside. They have a huge variety of sandwiches and the one I got was amazing. Great portions for the price, and great taste. Highly recommend The Sandwich Spot

We stopped here during our roadtrip, after ordering online through Open Door we were notified our sandwiches wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. We called in to double check how long it would take and after confirming 30 minutes we asked to cancel the order. The woman said she couldn't cancel it and we'd have to do it through Open Door. After spending time on Open Door and seeing no way to cancel it we decided to wait 20 more minutes. When I went in 30 minutes later the woman I spoke to over the phone said she didn't start making our sandwiches because she thought we were going to cancel which we clearly didn't so now we've had to wait nearly 45 min. Terrible customer service.

This was my first time there but it won't be my last. They had a vast variety of sandwiches and the staff was so nice and helpful. The price a tad bit high but the food was well worth the price. I'd rather eat at the sandwich then one of those other well known chain sandwich resturants. All I got was a sandwich and I'm so full

Great customer service and great cold sandwiches. First time here for lunch and I like it. I also like the the fact that they have Zappa's New Orleans chips!!! Can't beat that.
