Mcdonald's - S St, Mount Vernon

Not a fan of McDonald's, but this one was alright..

I ordered a McChicken add cheese and pickle. What I got, had all the correct toppings and was in the correct wrapper, but it had two burger patties. How?! I 'd just had a procedure done and hadn 't eaten in over 24 hours. All I wanted was that McChicken. It wasn 't worth the drive back from my house, but I 'll never understand how that type of mistake happens.

I ordered a Hamburger and a small fries The fries were not the greatest and the Hamburger was worst! I ended up not eating any of it.I was very upset and disappointed about the food being so nasty a waste of money! And the service was not that great either and they should know better then serve food like that! I worked at Mcdonalds growing up and the service was always great and we always served Hot fresh food! I know for a fact Two people I worked with growing up still work at Mcdonlds on Keller drive Kevin and Steve!

There are currently two McDonald's in town, this one is the one I prefer to go to. The drive through is a little slower than the other location, but they have far less mistakes being made. They fill the order correctly most of the time, and the food is always cooked the way it should be. The staff isn't typically very friendly but they also aren't rude. They're just there to earn their income and that's ok. One complaint I do have is that the floors in the lobby are always slimy, like they're just mopping over layers of grease. Trying to stand in one place will have your feet literally sliding out from under you. It's like this all the time. Someone is going to get hurt.

Customer service is always really good. When you go in the atmosphere is always friendly and always greeted when you walk in and very friendly. The food is always cooked right and they truly double check their orders before they send it out.Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of parking and are handicapped parking.
