Panama 66 - S San Diego

Great service, food, and atmosphere! It was a great afternoon!!!

Went last week and had a mushroom bean burger and french Fry's. It was great!

We often choose Panama 66 for dinner before attending plays at The Old Gobe. Always good food served fairly quickly. I didn 't give 5 stars across the board because that 's not the type of restaurant Panama 66 is. It does, however, deliver on expectations. It 's not fine food, but it 's very good food, well prepared. It 's not a fine dining establishment, but it 's a fun, festive atmosphere. It 's not white cloth service, but it is friendly service delivered promptly. Some summer evenings, when it 's busy, there can be a 45-minute wait, so plan accordingly. On our recent winter visit on a Friday evening, we had no wait at all. I ordered a delicious pulled pork sandwich with fries, and my friend had the Halibut dinner plate. Both were delivered in about 10 minutes, and both were delicious. We 're repeat customers who will definitely be back

Greg, we got the bah minh sandwich and I think you got the other dish, but the atmosphere was great, although like a fading memory in the garden and I wish there was more overall food since my soup and sandwich was not enough

No where did it indicate weather dependent restraunt. Google maps says open but it was not. You need a better at of updating. Will not come back.
