Tim Hortons - Russell

I often go to Tims for a coffee and chilli. I must say their chilli has improved. Prior it seemed lacking ingredients. Now it is much thicker. Coffee always hot and prepared as ordered. Staff courteous and friendly.Parking: Handi cap parking spots clearly marked.Signs visible when leaving drive through to watch for pedestrians. Great ideaWheelchair accessibility: Slanted side walk and push buttons to open doors. Plenty of space at counter and wheelchair accessible washroom

These guys took care of me, I stop in here for breakfast when I'm in the area. I was at another Tims who proceeded to make my farmers wrap wrong twice. These guys fixed the other stores mistake, and made me a delicious wrap. The customer service was excellent! Keep being awesome team!

Tim Hortons states on there menus they sell grilled cheese. But don’t offer it. False advertisement. Is someone going to take legal action. Also. Bathroom is closed legally you need a washroom in a public restaurant. This place is a law suit best friend. The fact Tim’s sells pizza is also gross. Who wants to go to tim Hortons for a pizza.

What was going on today? I waited 15 minutes to order, and there was only one person in front of us. I ordered a mocha — it tasted awful, like water. Apple fritter was half the usual size. Also, the manager was freaking out about wraps and yelling at all the teenage staff?? Will not return to this location.

I rarely come here and every time I do it is a disappointment. The coffee is always bad and the manager is always yelling at staff or being rude. Would not recommend this place unless you like watery coffee.
