What can I tell you? For the first time in this food truck, I ordered mofongo with garlic shrimp, very good, good flavor, just right, neither too soft nor too hard. Tried their alcapurias am not too happy or impressed. They meat filling was kinda of a jaiman beef patty filling. Am Puerto Rican. I apologize but this was the worst alcapuria I’ve ever had the flavors of the masa were perfect but the meat I’ve never had an alcapuria filling taste like that or the texture of the meat.
