My recent visit to McDonald 's was extremely disappointing. The waitress completely ignored me when I asked for a sauce, despite my multiple attempts to get her to react by saying excuse me . The fries were incredibly greasy, which seriously affected their quality. Additionally, I had requested to change the Iced Tea to Water, but this request was completely forgotten. All of these incidents have greatly affected my experience and satisfaction as a customer. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made in customer service and product quality.
