My boyfriend and I decided to make the drive to this location since the Irvine one closed. It was definitely worth it. The service was fast and staff were friendly. The quality of the food was just as good as I remembered it. I always order the Volcano ramen since the spices/flavor are just right. The broth is smooth and rich and the pork is to die for! It's super tender and tastes amazing. I hope they open another one in Irvine/Tustin location again :

Not the same Ajisen I used to enjoy. Tried onece in Colima, the premium pork ramen, its very far from it used to be the taste and aroma. Hope they improve back to where they're used to be.
