My experience at this venue was disappointing, to say the least. While the place and food are not to be dismissed entirely, there were some serious shortcomings that I cannot ignore. Recently, they introduced additional payment for sauces, a change which came after a series of shocking incidents of incompetence from staff. Not long ago, I witnessed an incredible situation where a simple request to put the sauces in separate containers was handled in an embarrassing manner. The new worker's response was so confusing and inappropriate that it left me stunned. Not only did he throw away the sauces for no reason, but he also showed a complete lack of understanding and respect for the simplest requests. I can't help but wonder if the management of this place needs a refresher on the concept of customer service and organization. If that's why they decided to make the sauces payable, then perhaps the manager should consider circuses to learn the necessary management and organizational skills. Likewise, it should redo compulsory education to consolidate the basic skills that currently appear to be significantly lacking.
