Arby's - Rothschild

Had a very bad experience at this location. The service was horrible and the food was not the greatest. There was no one in the parking lot and there was 1 other car in the drive-thru. We waited 10 mins for someone to take the order. Once we got to the window, the worker was very rude and was moving extremely slow. We got our drink and waited another 10 mins to get the food. We orde two thing, a sandwich and fries. We look over and he is moving extremely slow and taking his sweet time to hand the bag out. The fries were cold and barely any in there and the sandwich was covered in too much sauce and was cold making it uneatlby. This was by far the worst experience at a Arby's.

Place was clean. Walked in to order a Tea, chocolate shake. I saw they had their new chicken nugget on special along with mozzarella sticks. I asked the gentleman taking my order about the prices sizes of nuggets. He didn't know much as they had a 4pc 6 pc. He told me they only had a 6 piece I wanted to compare pricing quantity versus the special 2 for $7 which included the nuggets (6) Mozz sticks (6). The drive-thru was extremely busy so figured it wouldn't take long they would have more order ready hot. Not, mozzarella sticks weren't even warm, nuggets were barely warm. Had to ask for my cup for tea. They need to get it together.

I did drive through the man even came back out right to the car with horseradish for my beef sandwich good service.

Employees playing around, five people doing nothing, chasing each other out, through the kitchen, loud boisterous!

Good fast food. Clean place. Much better than Arbys in Schofield. 7-2-23 Arbys in Schofield now much better.
