La Salsa - Roswell

The food is good, although it wasn't what I ordered. But the service was terrible. They had reserved the whole back and no seat. We had ordered chips and Queso and while we were standing in one hand with a coke and chips queso, without lid, in the other it spells me and on the floor. We arrived at 11:30. He was waiting for food for 45 minutes. They had said they had a party of 20 for the back and no one showed up from 12:15. While other customers and my self had to wait to find a place just to sit. I know you can't help when customers eat and rude only for visiting, but paying customers should be able to sit. Not to mention all employees in front, except that one was rude. I don't know if I'm coming back. I'm staying with Burritos and More.

I really want to take the time to acknowledge my opinion conversion, the food is excellent and really tasteful, the staff is moderately professional and the food is a must try, I would recommend the Flautas combination dish, including the shrimp cocktail, I enjoy their variety of salsas and the fact that they contain a sopapilla with your order, not with all meal orders. I did not get the chance to try Jamaica that is my favorite latin drink, besides Horchata, also the Chile Relleno a are very good I think the chilies are selected locally from the farms nearby. You also have a variety of Burritos to choose, my personal favorites would have to be the green Chili Combo Burrito with ground beef! My staff I introduced to this restaurant many years ago and the food has improved.

A chimichanga ordered and what I got was a burrito. Asked desk if I'm wrong with the adoption, Chimichangas should be fried. You said yes! Had a Google search and I was (not surprising) correct. Don't say chimichanga if you don't **** it. First and last visit here

Apparently this place is the reason UFOs go so far out of their way to visit. La Salsa is worth stopping in Roswell even if you're just passing through! The restaurant is embedded in a mall but they have a separate entrance and open at 7 a.m. I got breakfast two eggs with bacon, hash browns, tortilla and pancakes. Truly spectacular eggs cooked exactly like I asked, bacon was crispy, pancakes were fluffy, hash browns were a style I'm not used to but very delicious, tortilla was huge and definitely homemade. They even threw in a yummy sopapilla. I asked them to smother the eggs and hash browns in red chili sauce, which was perfect. They have a condiment bar with about a dozen items, most of them salsas. I got the blackened jalapenos and onions that had been marinated in a soy sauce based marinade. Never had that before but it was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Bathroom spotless.

I wanted to try a burrito from New Mexico since I am here for a short while and their menu really is Heavens paradise for a person who loves meat ? I asked if they could substitute the mest for a veggie burrito and it was no problem. I added potatoes, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, cheese and smothered salsa. That burrito was soooooo good and fulfilling/heavy that it ended up being lunch and dinner.
