When I came in immediately the cashier had a bad attitude that I wanted to use two forms of payment. I had ordered a drink and she started helping another customer before I got my cup. I politely waited for her to be done and when I asked her about my drink and she gave me a mean glare and said I 'm getting it right now I got NO condiments with my order and I asked her for ONE bbq sauce and she made it a point that for EXTRA condiments are extra . I never even got one but I paid for it anyway . When I went to go sit down the tables were DIRTY . Very unpleasant experience. I 've been to McDonalds in the ghetto area and they have better manners . I expected different from a McDonalds in a nice area . DO NOT RECOMMEND

Free refills now..hooray..but the bathrooms still locked upon arrival. So I go there today..No lemon for the sweet tea and ranch is 27 cents..Hope the owner sees this.Went there again today. Still no ice in the drink refill machine. Same story 2 weeks ago. I think they do this on purpose to discourage free refills. What do refills cost anyway? Maybe 8 cents? Idk.

Rude ! Customer service ordered nuggets asked for sauce didn't get any sauce had to go back and asked them then charged me for sauce ?! .27cent per cup which I paid. The review is really because of poor customer service and how they look at you and turn away and talk to the other employees in Spanish it's obviously your saying something you don't want me to hear

Mc's Lounge is good when you need a quick snack or meal. I prefer to talk to people but you have the option to self order if you want.
