Coffee Chocolate Brownie: Historically I 'm more of a Ben Jerry 's or Cedar Crest guy when it comes to premium pints. I 've only ventured into the world of Häagen-Dazs a few times before and found it to be just okay. I gave them another chance as this pint was on-sale. The description sounded promising classic coffee ice cream swirled with gooey brownies, rich espresso chocolate sauce, and delicious espresso chocolate chips . Opening the pint, I immediately spotted numerous large brownie pieces. As promised, there was also espresso chocolate sauce and chips. Personally, I thought these were some of the best ooey gooey brownie pieces I 've encountered in an ice cream. Although it could use more of them, the espresso chocolate chips add a contrasting a satisfying crunch to the creamy ice cream. The coffee flavor of the ice cream is sweet and not at all bitter (so if you 're not the biggest fan of black bitter coffee you will likely enjoy this). Lastly, like the espresso chips, the espresso chocolate sauce is great, but I wish it was more abundant. Coffee and brownies are a great flavor combination and Häagen-Dazs delivers with quality components in this pint. I wouldn 't advise a pint of coffee ice cream for breakfast, but this one almost makes me want to re-evaluate that decision. Minor complaints aside, Doughboy approved. My Häagen-Dazs Favorites: 1. Wanted to order a milkshake at 6:45 and the male employee with the tattoos on his hands told me that we dont make milkshakes after 6:30, but just made one for the customer in front of me that ordered 1 minute before me. I asked him the reason why he made it for him and not me and he had no answer. The short hispanic girl that worked there laughed while we asked. Very rude! Very disappointed! SELECTED SERVICE HERE! PLEASE DO NOT VISIT. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Waited 30mins just to be told it was going to take another 10mins for a milk shake.

How are you matter of factly going to run out of Med cups, and have a too bad so sad attitude? Smh!

Extremely poor customer service and rude staff. The manager of the branch mistreated my son and was extremely rude to me, rolling her eyes simply because I asked for a lid to the smoothie. Be prepared to wait, not necessarily because of traffic, but bad management/lack of efficiency. It took us over 25 minutes to purchase a drink.
