Bidrage med feedbackI don't want to give even one star. I'm the customer since Yoshinoya opened like very long long time ago. I never treated bad like this location, server lady was very rude at first time and she didn't want to give me more ginger and pepper(she only gave me 2 each). I said other locations always happy to give ginger and pepper she said I have to pay for more . There is many other locations who serve nicely kindly happily, I will never go back this location. I'm so unhappy even so mad. Don't go here!!!When we go to restaurants not only for feed the stomach also enjoy time there. They should know customers are not pig.
Have been to a few locations in the area and only felt the need to review until I visited this location. My man behind the cashier gets it done. The presentation and quality of all my food was outstanding and the employee had a great positive attitude.
Yesterday, 8/1/23, was my 1st time at this particular Yoshinoya. The order was promptly taken but they were very, very slow at serving. It wasn 't very busy but I waited a long time to be served my food. I noticed that people behind the counter were rushing back and forth but weren 't getting much accomplished (like a chicken w/out a head). I thought that maybe they were new, so I patiently waited.....and waited some more. Had to sit down cuz I got tired of standing yes, that 's how long it took. When my order was finally ready, I approached the front counter, looked in the bag to make sure order was correct, and condiments were provided. I noticed that they were pretty skimpy on ginger so I asked if I could get more ginger. Lady at the front desk responded that they are only allowed to provide 3 pkgs of ginger and that I 'd have to pay for extra. I was like, WHAT???? Really??? Honestly, I 've never had to pay extra for ginger at any other Yoshi. I 'm not one to be rude so I just responded, that 's ridiculous and turned and walked away. I shudda asked for manager but I had a feeling she was the manager or probably the franchise owner. Anyway, I sat down to eat, an there were plenty of ants at the table/wall. Besides the wait, no extra ginger, and ant problem, I do have to say that the food was nicely prepared. I ordered a chicken bowl, no skin, w/rice, veggies and extra sauce, which I paid extra for (other locations charge as well, so i had no problem), spring rolls, which were nice browned to perfection and were nice hot and crispy. I enjoyed the meal, but....cudda enjoyed it more had I had more ginger...... Was I being cheap? Or was Yoshi being cheap? Hmmm???
The service here is very slow even when not a lot of customers in store. The food is made rushed, my order was wrong. The cashier was extremely rude to me, I believed her name was Janet, she snatched the coupon almost from my hand, when she gave me my order I asked for more ginger (she only gave me 2 for 3 bigger plates) she denied and said if I wanted more I had to pay for it.I didn't know buying packets of ginger was a thing, I only wanted a few more. When I asked her for chilli powder she gave me attitude and only put one on my bag. I reached out to customer service left voicemail but never received a call back. I will never be going back to this Yoshinoya location and hope that as a company you guys retrain Janet , she needs some basic professional customer service training. She has an ugly attitude.
The Food is Good the area is not the greatest and staff are efficient in getting the orders out..... It good fast
