Jim Johnston's Steakhouse - Roseland

This place is a jewel. Old school steak house with impeccable service and great food! The atmosphere is something to appreciate instead of criticism. Our table ordered 3 steaks(2 filets, 1 NY strip) and 1 chicken potcake. All 3 steaks were boiled for perfection and the pancake is something we all will long! We look forward to our next meal here.

I came here in curiosity, and I thought I'd order a steak to try it, I didn't have to wait long. The steak turned out to be very tasty, I even ordered one later.

Was here about 8 years ago and happy to say we're glad we came back! Salad was chilled and crispy served, the pork chops were juicy, big and tasty. The apple cake was served hot and was delicious. The service was also excellent.

Beautiful little town atmosphere and the food was great. My steak was perfectly boiled, the pommes were beautiful and crispy, and the bartender did not choke on the alcohol absolutely great experience

Food was excellent as usual! The bar service by Peggy was terrible. Paying customers tip for service and do not appreciate being ignored by staff!! I hope Jim Johnston's does not close it's doors because of bad staff!
