Wendy's - Rome

Very slow and the fries narrowed like chemicals. it tasted like they spilled the cleansing supplies on my food.

First of all it was semi busy(after the lunch rush) I had a $35 dollar order for my family. The cashier was really confused and didn't even know what was ordered, she had our drinks(5) and didn't even offer a cup holder. All the meat was dry and cold, nuggets was cold, and the special sandwich had the Jr meat and looked like they scraped the French onion off( which I asked to leave off) but the sauce and cheese also was scraped off, the bacon was old and one piece that was fused together with another one.. And when I went to speak with someone the doors where locked. They where all standing around laughing and cutting up. Save your money and the frustration and go somewhere else.

30 minutes in line and came out with slightly warm food, no straws for our drinks and no bacon on my fiancée's Jr. BACON Cheeseburger. I would have thought that over the years this franchisee would have gotten their restaurant together but it is still a train wreck. If Gordon Ramsay visited fast food restaurants I would be willing to bet that even he couldn't make it through turning this one around. This is the kind of restaurant that you make sure to tell your friends and family about, but only as a warning not to go there.

I've given up on this location. Too many experiences of extremely slow service and giving me the wrong products at the drive thru.The last time I went inside there was ketchup all over the floor. I mentioned this to the person at the counter and it was still there as I left.I understand that there are tough times, but there are other locations almost as close.

We enjoyed a drive-thru experience here during lunch time. They seem to have a promotion going on that guarantees fresh crispy fries! And I will say, our fries were hot and crispy! The service was about what you'd expect from a fast food location but it was nothing to be upset about! Happy I got to enjoy lunch here.
