I stayed a few blocks from here and decided to go for pizza. It was delicious. It is a small place where you can take the food to go or eat standing on a counter they have along the wall so if you...sit below there are no tables and chairs. They had other hot food. Also looked delicious, but I had put my heart on the pizza. I have pizza margarita and white pizza with spinach both were very good. They wrap it in paper and eat it in it. If you come to the Monte Verde area and try it out.

Everytime I visit Rome I make sure to visit Da Simone. I always order the spicy sausage pizza and a few cuts or other fresh pizza. I also never forget to order a side of vegetables from their broccoli siciliana to their boccolini, everything is...good. On thursdays they offer handmade gnocchi. Get the pizza to go and eat it at the park across the street from AUR or at Gianicolo Park
