Unfortunately, i dont live closer. I stop here for the butter poached Cod. So good! Great service and comfortable atmospere. Still fantastic food and wonderful service. I found Nacl H2O online while searching for a great place for dinner. We are driving cross country and spent a night in Rolla. Located in the quaint downtown area we found easy parking. The staff was friendly and on a Thursday night, we had our choice of tables. Hip house music played in the background as we sipped our cocktails. I had a strawberry mint mule served icy cold. I ordered the special salmon which came with buttery Yukon gold smashed potatoes and green beans in a delicate cranberry sauce. The salmon was grilled on a cedar plank with a sweet glaze. It was crisp on the outside and crisp inside. Perfectly delicious. If we lived closer, we would eat here once a week. So good!
