Altvolberger Hof - Rösrath

I regularly go to eat there (more times a month). The only time I saw it was smoking at a carnival event. According to the current legal situation, it is still allowed. The food is really delicious the portions are very large. I really can only recommend the scavengers to everyone. The Sunday buffet is always delicious. Due to the low price, the place is always very well visited. The place is clean, the decor is as always a matter of taste. It's a little dark in it through dark windows. The service is really good, friendly, well maintained, competent and everything is very fast. I find that on some days the service can connect to the elevated houses.

We had pre-ordered a table for six people and were placed in the quite cool valleys, next to a constantly flapping double door (which led to the bowling alley). We had the choice to sit on the train when the door is open or without a train, for which there are flapping door noises. We told the lady who so far served us, unfortunately she only confirmed what we found ourselves. Unfortunately, our table was not prepared (just white napkins and cutlery had only the other tables). We got our cutlery on a flat plate with napkins underneath when we had already taken place. The food and service (apart from the already mentioned) on the part of the staff responsible for us were fine.

Rather average German cuisine. Very nice, attentive service. Rustic furnished, nice beer garden (the in the courtyard is also nicely quiet). Also bowling alley.

Yesterday was the first time with the family there. Very nice and quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is super and price/performance is top. The food is good civic :

Cosy restaurant in professional optics. Good-bourgeois food is great. The service attentive and friendly. The Sunday lunch buffet is particularly recommended. Convenient and tasty.
