Hardee's - Rocky Mount

My food was burnt pass beyond selling it to me... I didn't eat it and was going to take it bk but unfortunately I was headed to work... I was cheated that food should've have been sold

I was on my way to work and stopped to get a country hamWhen I got to work and open my bag I had a hard steak biscuitI will not stop at Hardee's in Rocky Mount again.Bad food

Food was cold I mean cold fries was old and burgur had to be sitting out for a while didn't even eat it had to go to Bojangles

The in drive thru is very rude..... Does not understand that we the ppl are helping her get paid...

The food took a little while to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait! Our order was made fresh and it was delicious. However, in the last two visits, I've encountered random strangers asking me for food or money, and today it happened twice within just 10 minutes (from different people). I understand this isn't the restaurant's fault, but it made me feel uncomfortable, especially since I had my children with me. Just a heads up for anyone else in a similar situation. Besides that, our experience today was quite nice!
