Guys this place is Trash like literally !!!. The person at the back is probably using rotten or expired ingredient?.everything kinda tastes frozen and the chef just messes it up even more. Just please for the love of God don?t go here

At one point, this place was really good. The food always came fresh, and they had excellent customer service. But recently, they've underwent new management, and to say the least, the service is extremely disappointing. About a week ago, I made on anonline order for delivery, and the store contacted me, telling me that I needed to pick up my food. The lady who called me wasunprofessional, and I had to remind her to pay me back the delivery fee they charged me on the website. When I picked up myorder from the store, my chicken wings were stale, and the fries were soggy. The egg rolls tasted refried, and none of the foodwas fresh. I've also ordered bubble tea, but when I arrive at the store, they tell me that it wasn't available, and offered asoda as replacement.

I've ordered from here for the last 5 years it's been my go to Chinese food delivery despite perhaps not the cleanliest of environments the food was always good. Last night I ordered online at 825pm (they say they're open until 1030pm). Got aconfirmation email that my food should be delivered by 920. That's a long time but they always overestimate. About 930 rollsaround and I start to get concerned that I still don't have my food. No emails other than the confirmation and no missed phonecalls. So I begin to call the restaraunt. No answer it just rings and rings. Finally at 950 I decide to drive to the restarauntmyself. I arrive just before 10 and it's all dark except for the cooler inside. Sign on the door says open til 1030. Fortunatelyit doesn't seem like my card was charged. But that was the last time I'll ever order from them. They lost a long time customerthere.
