Tim Hortons - Rochester

The TimBits were delicious! We had takeout service for breakfast, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food and service both received a rating of 4, while the atmosphere was rated a 3.

The outdoor atmosphere may not be great, but don't let that discourage you. While Dunkin Donuts is located across the street, the service there is terrible with rude staff and delays in preparing food. On the other hand, the workers at Tim Hortons are friendly and efficient, providing quick service with very few mistakes in orders. Overall, it's a good place for a quick take-out breakfast.

Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Worst customer service at a tim hortons I've seen to date. I walked out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never have anything in stock. Run out of everything by 4:00PM. Service is slow. Only reason they are getting a 2 is because they usually don't mess up orders.
