The food was amazing. Our server was fabulous. She shared the history both of the LDR and Char Broil restaurants when she heard us talking about both locations. It was so interesting. We are coming back on Friday again. Can't wait.Food: 5/5

We decided to try this restaurant while on vacation. It was Father 's day, but they have a lot of seating. When we arrived the inside dining room was full, but there was seating outside under the tents. The server was very friendly and attentive. The food was just average though. I had Larry 's killer steak sandwich. The steak was very tender but was on Italian toast , which was too thin for the sandwich in my opinion. The rest of my family had the prime rib sandwich, the goomba burger and the goomba bbq platter. All of the dishes were just average, and my son didn 't even finish his bbq platter. He thought is was underwhelming. We had good service, but we would not return for the food if in the area.

A Lake Ontario institution, anytime we’re in Rochester we try to stop and have a meal. Went recently wentwith a large group, the food was excellent the service was fast friendly and attentive. Traditional burger joint fare but so good. The onion rings were some of the best I’ve ever had. I had a garbage plate it was delicious. It’s nice when things don’t change.

Food good. Music good but a tad too loud. Server new however worked hard. Able to eat outside in tent.
