Ichiban Express Japanese Steak House

I enjoyed my food. I called in my food so I had no wait.

The service was great, but I was hoping for more from a Japanese steakhouse.

For the price, it should be on real plates! It wasn't what I expected at all. They forgot 1 of my veggies and added a veggie I didn't ask for. It was very hot in the building, until halfway through the meal, when another worker came in and turned the A/C on! My first and last visit.

I recommend the food. It’s delicious. My problem is pertaining to service. I left a generous $5 tip on a $10 bill using a card to pay for my to go meal. The total was to be $15 and some change. I was later updated that the charge was $25. A member of the staff added a ‘1’ before the 5 where I had wrote in the tip. I hope the extra 10 bucks was worth losing a customer willing to spend $100+ every week. Cheers!

Service was kind and attentive. My chicken was slightly over cooked but still delicious. I'd rather it be over cooked than under cooked.The place could use a real good cleaning in the dining area and bathroom.
