Bidrage med feedbackSo I was in the plaza today (12/11) and thought oh subway sounds great. I walked in to an empty store and the two ladies just stared at me awkwardly like I interrupted their convo. I thought maybe I was being crazy so I said hey how are you? They both ignored me and stared at me. So I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do until the one said what can I get you. The other lady started laughing and had to walk away to the back. It was the weirdest exchange I have ever had and left feeling confused and like I was just mean girled by two old women. I'm not gonna lie though the sandwich was great and that's why I'm leaving two stars. I wouldn't have even left a review but thought again that I was imagining the whole thing and decided to look online to see what others had to say. Looks like it's a normal occurrence based on reviews.
They need to change their hours online, which say they're open til 8. Went shortly before 7 and doors were locked and sign on door said we close at 7!
Sad to say I 've received extremely poor service at this Subway numerous times and only keep good because it 's the only location convenient to the beaches on Singer Island and I always hope there 's new staff/management but unfortunately the same horrendous staff still work there. Today I walked in to the 2 women (elderly white woman and Indian woman) both who did not offer a greeting and waited to see which one of them had to come up and take my order. There were no other customers, they weren 't busy and the manager was sitting there chowing down on his sub without intervening. The Indian woman finally came over and took my order then when three white women came in, lo and behold the white staffer was suddenly ready to take their orders. Convenience or not, this is my last time patronizing this Subway. Somehow I think that 's what the management and staff would prefer
Can 't even really rate it one star because every time I come in this place I feel very unwelcome. They do not even greet you or say anything to you to acknowledge you when you walk in. They simply walk down to where you order food and say what can I get you unless you start talking first. It 's pretty sad when the customer has to say hello, how are you . Such bad service when you could be doing different. And I noticed, there is a tipping prompt when you pay, much more likely to get a tip if you make the customer that 's spending money feel welcomed.
I had coupons they wouldn't honor. That's the second subway I went to today. Third subway honered
