Mcdonald's - Riverview

Several times have bad service, long waiting times and employees who cannot focus on their job instead of spending time telling and laughing. Take a few minutes to the next location. Avoid at all costs!

Had a terrible experience in this McDonald?s would not recommend visiting them! I'm going another 12 minutes to the next McDonald?s just to happen this would never stop again! I got my whole order wrong as if they didn't even know what I ordered above, my food was cold as if it just had the window behind it! It's like they're throwing food into a bag to make me happy after waiting for more than 30 minutes! I can go to the next McDonald? I know I'm gonna get some great customer service and hot food? ll do something about it oh and these McDonald?s will never answer the phone not recommend this place!

This place has always forgotten to place ordered items in my purchase????????

This location is the worst in the area. Our orders have been messed up every single time. Whether it's the drink flavor, or the food, every single order is wrong. I've worked in the food industry, it really isn't that difficult to make an order correctly. Ordered 3 Sausage McMuffins and a Vanilla Latte. Got 3 Sausage Biscuits and Caramel latte. That's after having to correct the order taker 3 separate times because she kept repeating the wrong flavors to me. The location is convenient, too bad the workers are pretty much useless. I'll be going out of my way to other locations from here on out.

Tried the new Chips ahoy mcflurrie. Yuk. The only cookie flavor was a couple of bits of the real cookie. Otherwise you'd never know what is was. Won't be having it again.
