Bidrage med feedbackOrder took over 90 minutes. Salad came without dressing and the avocado was black (gross). Guacamole was clearly made from the same avocados. Burgers seemed good! Fries were cold but that was the long delivery time.
2 of the 4 waffles were burnt and over cooked causing them to be a crunchy hard instead of soft to bite with my chicken
Giving five stars because our waiter sam comped the entire bill for us. got inside around 2:30/45 and was not greeted by anyone for 5 minutes. once seated, we got drinks and then waited. and waited. nobody came to take our order til about 3:10. i am not asnap at the waiter type of person so of course i didn?t flag him down. he openly said he just forgot about us. reallyfrustrating. food was fine, probably won?t come back.
Sam was my server. He did a great job no complaints. The only reason I was at chili's was no where else was open for Easter. So we went honestly when I want to go out I don't think chili's. Because every time I eat there the food is always average not, ohwow that is good. My soup came out cold I told my waiter and he fixed the problem. I had Cajun shrimp pasta, and like I saidthe food was average.
The sirloin steak I had was the worst and greasiest I’ve ever encountered, even worse than what I’ve experienced at Sizzler. I strongly advise against ordering it. Honestly, it was worth the cost just to toss it and spare someone else from having to eat it.
