Panera Bread - Riverside

Today on Panera on the riverside place is ALWAYS crack, tons of business and traffic. I wait for the coffee to be refilled, along with some other males, and tried to be patient. A woman begins to say loudly how the girl Jade goes past the refill, “that’s just terrible service”. Jade politely told her that the people had called and there were only a few people who worked so that they regretted for waiting. This lady then holds the creamer and says, “Do you want to fill it????” In a tense and expected sound. Jade doesn't need that. Jade makes her best and helped this woman with a smile. Jade deserves recognition. Thank you. Jade: I appreciate your service, especially in the face of unfair circumstances. Wishing more people would give you the gift of patience. I love the people in this panera and they are always kind. You'll always be happy that you stopped here with people like Jade who manned the counter. Also the coffee is great. Thank you, Jade.

Always a nice place to stop for a break with a cup of coffee. Update. The cheese pizza is not different in taste than a frozen pizza from the grocery store.

This place is wonderful it is clean the food comes out quickly. It is fresh and warm. I had a question, both managers came out and help me right away. They were very willing to help me and make sure I was happy before I was finished. This place is amazing. Thank you for a great lunch.

Great place to meet with friend for a delicious salad. Had the green goddess Cobb, which is my new favorite salad!!!! You have to try! My friend and I were able to get our favs, and our meals were not similar. This is the beauty of a great menu!

Always a good meal at Panera! My fav is the Chicken and wild rice soup, Greek salad! The service is great, the staff are friendly and very helpful!
