Taco Bell - River Oaks

I ate way too much, and I feel sorry for any one that goes into the bathroom after me

Order my food at the drive thur, When the person came on the intercom you can hear the employees playing around and yelling. I ordered a #9 and asked to substitute the meat for chicken on the pizza. He then said what was that??? Again I said #9 with chicken, no meat on the pizza please. A long pause then he said you want stake?? At this point I am a bit upset, but kept my cool since they are probably high school kids working.I replied no chicken on the pizza, no meat please. He didn’t even ask what kind of drink I would like. Then he said Aight!! Aight!!! I got you!!! Like he was upset that he couldn’t get my order right. It was simple #9 chicken on the pizza no meat. That’s it!!!I just blew it off because they all look like teenagers working.I get home take a bite of the Mexican pizza, horrible!!! I then smell the pizza to figure out why it tastes to nasty, The tostada they use is so stale it has a weird smell. It was old, it left a bitter taste.

I went to Taco Bell on Saturday 03/30/2024. Got a Mexican pizza it was absolutely horrible. And when I called to complain the manager Cynthia said she was manger but no help at all was not one bit concerned. And when I asked for the corporate number her response was that I can look it up on line. She said that she does not have the number.

I placed 2 orders at 1:13 am and another one at 1:19 am I have the emails to confirm for the river oaks TX store got all the way up there and they completely canceled my order cause they were about to close at 2 I order my food almost 45 mins before closing they canceled 75 dollars worth of food. Very very unsatisfied.

Literally every order whether you order in person, online, or through drive-through is always wrong, even if there is no corrections to the menu item. Always has the rudest most passive aggressive staff. And generally seems like a disgusting environment. My family has actually contracted campylobactor disease from eating their chicken quesadillas. This place needs to be shut down, or every employ fired and replaced with a competent staff that isn't extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. Very disappointed that this is the only taco bell in the area, you have to risk getting sick and being disrespected to enjoy taco bell here.
