I went drive through with my daughter and ordered meal for us and service lady was yelling and shouting me. She denied to take order and it was so embarrassing. Please check your call records at 9:25 PM to 9::35
The food was cold and they gave skimpy fries. OK so we ordered the special that came with a small fry but did that mean a little bit??? They had no straws in the holder at the machine. The interior was clean.
This has got to be the worst Wendy’s ever! The people who work here are so rude and inpatient! The woman at the drive through acts as if I work at Wendy’s demanding me to inform her in advance if wanted my burger in a bigger meal. I was ordering for my clients who has cognitive disabilities place an order and drive through women just made this experience terrible.
Stood in the line for 10 mins but I was patient. Order food they began to make my food and my drinks, I told them no ice in the drinks please. They immediately switch the size of my cup to a smaller cup. All because I said don’t put any ice in my drinks. Both Spanish cashiers argued with me about why they changed the size of the cup. Anyway they obviously don’t have no respect so I wanted my money back immediately. The white manager was even more rude with also no respect yell at me and told me to put card back into the machine.. What a disgrace, Shame on you Wendy’s for hiring such disrespectful manager you should be ashamed.
