Pizza Factory - Rio Vista

My family and I came hungry after a long trip, and before we went home, we thought we were taking a little bit. We came to the facility and it was quite empty. The cashier ignored us for the first 5 minutes without greeting or recognition. We stood there and decided what we wanted. We waited another 5 minutes to be ignored! We said hello to her first let her know we're ready to order. That's when she cleaned us out and went to a table to ignore us for another 5 minutes. When the lady finally recognized us, she said rudely whatever you want to order, it will be 45 minutes so that you choose and go away. We didn't even get the chance to make an order or let them know what we wanted, but at that point it was clear for my family and I that we didn't want to do this.

Well, I waited about 45 minutes for my food and tried to go to the house. I can be patient, even if they do these things from scratch, I don't see why it should take so long for a simple big paprika. The pizza itself was good, sturdy taste, decent amount of fat. Friendly staff from my experience just needs it forever.

Can even order in the house to get a pizza quickly! Children do not know how to guide a joint. Where are the adults? I was in the house for more than 45 minutes, just to see how children don't wash their hands and answer no phones. They told a customer who wanted to eat in the house to wait 1 1/2 hour to eat. There was no one in the restaurant! I'll never eat there again? Round table is 25 miles away, I would rather eat the high price, 30 minutes away pizza!

This place is an absolute DIVE!! My wife and I, together with my brother and his wife, went here on 10. October 2022 to eat. An employee said there was a 45-minute waiting time and then he almost immediately started screaming at my brother and asking if we would order. Wait 45 minutes? There were only about five people in the restaurant (which were there before our arrival and were not served yet) and they did not make deliveries. My brother has decided to go on and order. All tables were dirty and I asked the employee with the loud mouth to give me a cloth and some cleaner so that I could clean a table for us (workers obviously too lazy to clean). I finished cleaning all the tables in the restaurant (only took me about seven minutes) to show this completely incapable and unprofessional staff how to clean. We decided to get a refund and we went elsewhere. This place is dirty, the employees have absolutely no working ethics and they are lazy and rude for customers; every reason in the world to avoid this place. I'll be sure!

Figured we would give the pizza factory a chance again but after last night never again. Went there an ordered food also used a coupon we got at the bass derby that they had no clue what it was so that a a fault of their superiors for not reiterating what they are offering for promotions during bass derby. Well after waiting almost a hour we ask where our food is since i seen someone come in and order an got there food an left an we still didn 't get our order. Well THEY FORGOT MAKE IT!!!! But then proceeded to tell us that we can have the one that someone didn 't pick up since it was also a supreme Well as you can see in the pictured that pizza was undercooked raw toppings and the other was burnt. Pretty sad but like many others that live here I CANT WAIT FOR PIZZA A GO GO. (Also want to note that there wasn 't anyone really in there so it wasn 't packed) also broadcasting that they are veteran owed yet have 0 things for veterans lol an if its owned by a veteran it 's embarrassing because they obviously aren 't inspecting what they are expecting.. maybe needs to be retrained.
