Hungry Burrito - Ridgewood

The food is good the plate sizes are satisfying, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is good. Though the 15% included gratuity you are not warned about even as a solo diner feels a bit dishonest. My fault for not checking the bill first but still disappointing.Food: 5/5

This place has a Mexican themed interior with pics of Frida Kahlo. We had their red sangria, fried calamari, mixed burrito and carne asada. The mixed burrito was super-sized with the Mexican flag right on the shell. The carne asada was very tender and I even complemented the waiter for it being so tender and juicy to the bite. The sangria was very good as well and the calamari wasn't a very large appetizer, but was very crunch.

I had an amazing experience at Hungry Burrito, the Mexican food restaurant that exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were amazing. But what really made my experience special was the customer serviceBut what really stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Ernesto. He was friendly, attentive and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He made excellent recommendations and was happy to answer any questions I had about the menu.

There are so many amazing things about this place. First of all, they have Ernesto who has the most kind personality in the world. He always makes us laugh and has the best recommendations, not to mention, the food is absolutely amazing. If you like great customer service and delicious food, the hungry burrito is the place for you!

I ordered a shrimp Caesar salad for delivery. I paid $16 dollars. When it came there was no Caesar dressing. My salad was dry with a couple pieces of shrimps. I was so disappointed! I’ve never paid so much for a shrimp Caesar salad! Never again. I always have to check my bill to make sure I don’t get rob the few times I dine in there.
