I ordered surf and turf, to get home to find my tenders and sauce was not in the bag. I went back to pick up missing items to find the worker eating chicken at the window. The lady seems as if she was annoyed that I was asking for my missing items. I was given the tenders and no sauce I asked for the sauce she proceeded with attitude and asked what sauce. The sauce I asked you for earlier!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER Service at THIS LOCATION IT NEEDS A NEW TEAM STAT..

The food is was good but the customer service has been bad for a while. I feel good customer service starts with a greeting and a smile. They tell you how much it costs, take your cash or card, give your bag and send you on your way.
