Cold food. the dasher was not given the food on time and they kept the dasher to wait for no reason..terrible store..fix the customer service or close the store..

The chicken was over cooked. It didnt taste very good. Seems like the oil was not changed recently as well. Ive ordered here before but this time it wasnt tasty. I stopped eating after the first bite.

Everytime I specifically order mild Sandwich, I get spicy!!! Im allergic and my lips and tongue swell up. Plus obviously cant enjoy it. Really upset. Thank God I got coleslaw because it cooled down the heat. Not happy ay all. Pies are amazing as usual.

Changing from wing to leg was a $1 up charge which I’ve never had at any other location (told this is the owners rule). Only up charge is dark to breast. They forgot to charge me one Breast up charge the cook noticed it so they asked me to pay. Not a great experience if you forget to charge a customer that is your mistake. Finally I had 3 orders one with coleslaw other fries. They made them all with fries, coworkers annoyed with each other when they realized the mistake. They removed every fry with tongs and returned to the fry basket to serve on other orders not very hygienic. Also yelling at kids that it’s not a lunch room and to another customer that didn’t respond to order number called (because again their mistake they called the wrong number). Very poor customer service. Haven’t experienced this at other locations will avoid this one.
