Armandos Pollo Rico Restaurnt

We have ordered from this place for years now, and the food is usually fantastic. The tallarin verde has improved significantly over time and it's my absolute favorite. However, on the last two occasions that we have ordered from here, the vinaigrette has been sour as in expired) and inedible. The customer service during pickup has been less than pleasant lately. While the food is pretty good 8 times out of 10), there are certain things that need to improve- such asproviding bad vinaigrette and awful customer service. I highly recommend the food but don't expect 5 star service anymore.

Really good spicy green sauce made the allready delicious Chicken and rice even better

I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 5 years. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. It's a great spot for lunch.

I stopped in to eat at this restaurant while I was walking by myself. I ate my meal and the bill came out to be $38. Wanting to show my support in these difficult times, I left a $10 tip. However, I was shocked to see an additional charge of $33 on my bill for no apparent reason. It was incredibly disrespectful to take advantage of me just because I am not familiar with Spanish food and was trying it for the first time. The food itself was mediocre and there were some things I did not enjoy, but perhaps that was due to it being my first time trying it. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.

I ordered just tostones at this restaurant, and they were very fresh and tasted great. They could have used a bit more seasoning for my liking, but you could tell they were made with fresh ingredients.
