Panda Express - Richmond

I adore this restaurant because they serve larger portions of food compared to the nearby location.

The food at this restaurant is tasty, however the service is on the slow side. Be prepared for long waits, but the staff is friendly. I ordered the plate meal with Chow Mein, orange chicken, and Beijing beef.

I visited this restaurant and everything was fine until I realized I was shortchanged by $10. It seemed deliberate, as I have dined here at least twice a month and never had this issue before. Overall, I would have rated this restaurant four stars.
